man.. i just ran into a quite painful problem with gimp… well i got this cmyk images from a customer.. saw them the first time.. thought they where like they opened.. but only after a long time of working with them already i did notice they are actually meant to look different? what happened.. dunno well i kinna do.. it seems that gimp during opening them converted cmyk to rgb, which i can...

well.. since quite some time i stick to gimp to do my image manipulations.. sure, photoshop is probalby better in some areas.. and maybe the day will come that i will invest in a ps elements (the other one is too expensive for me innit) however.. right now i am kinna in love with the new version of gimp.. and it does the trick really well for me i have to say.. :) http://gimp.org/
